Get A Free Credit Report

There are many organizations out there that claim to provide free credit report, which are not. Some require you to purchase a service before you can get a free a credit report. Others provide you a free credit report and when the first 30 days of free service expires, they start charging you a monthly or annually fee. Is there any agency that actually provides a true free credit report without a fee? The answer is yes. You only need to remember one agency, which is the Annual Credit Report. It's an agency operated by the three credit bureaus(Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) where you could get a free credit report once a year about your credit and credit related transactions. You should review your credit report once a year to ensure there are no errors on it.

In addition, some credit card companies do provide free credit score to their customers, thus, not a complete credit report.
